There is no good or wrong way to drink brandy. The most important thing is to enjoy it!

Production of our brandies

Grandpa’s brandy is a plum brandy of the best fruits of the plum “Čačanska rodna”. The plum is grown on the orchards of Agro Fruit, according to the GlobalGap standard, which guarantees the highest quality fruit. Choosing the best parts of plum blossom, separating the baskets and the part of the fruit tree, the raw material for Santa’s brandy was obtained.

The Krajiška beauty is Viljamovka, produced by the selection of the first class wheat of Viljamovka. By adding pears in ideal conditions, the magic aroma is preserved.
Pure fruit is extracted and brandy is produced from the best part of the fruit.

By fermentation under controlled conditions, in the optimal time period, the best aroma of our brandies has been preserved.

The distillation is carried out in copper colors, in the form of recipes transmitted from the knee to the knee.

The cultivation of our brandy is done in wooden burrs and in reddish courts.

Appearing brandy:

Pour a small amount (2 to 3 sips) of brandy in a glass. For our brandy as well as all the plum brandy, especially those in wooden courts, it is recommended that they be consumed from cups that are wider in the lower part and narrowed to the top (type of cognac glasses). To be able to feel all the flavors, it is necessary to consume brandy at room temperature (18 to 20 ° C).
Hold the cup opposite the light source. The color of the brandy, in addition to the age of years, can also tell us about aging patterns and the type of tree from which aging bures were made.
Hold the glass cup and wrap so that the liquid spoils the glass walls.
Then look at the “tears” that form and fall down the glass walls. Their thickness and time falling down the glass wall speak about the age of the drink. During aging and maturing of beverages in wooden courts, the process of extraction and dissolution in the drink comes a variety of compounds contained in the tree, which directly or indirectly affect the organoleptic and viscosity of the drinks.
So what the drink is different, the more viscous it will “tears” on the glass will be thicker and slower to slide down the glasses of glasses.
Hold the cup and place the tip of the nose. Breathe deep inside your nose. Try to feel all the smells, and to remember where you could feel them. Repeat this procedure again.
With fruit brandies, we can identify many of its characteristics (the type, the terrain from which the fruit was produced, the way of dressing, etc.) over the scent.
Spread your mouth with your mouth and take a little siphon, allowing it to diffuse across the tongue.
Test your mouth water and swallow. What you will feel is the constant removal of aromatic complexes. Depending on the type and age of the drink, the way it is old-fashioned and gentle, it can feel full tastes, harmony and a wide range of tones of fruity to floral, spicy, woody and other flavors.
